We're wrapping up our National Homeownership Month market series with a look at the 77095 zip code.

Here are the latest numbers:

๐Ÿก Active Listings: 175
๐Ÿ”‘ Homes Sold: 47
๐Ÿ’ฐ Average Sales Price: $321,000
๐Ÿ“… Average Days on Market: 79

So what does this mean?

Compared to many surrounding areas, 77095 continues to be a desirable market with relatively limited inventory. Buyers have more options than they did a few years ago, but homes that are priced correctly and presented well are still attracting serious attention.

For sellers, the market is rewarding homes that are move-in ready and priced strategically.

For buyers, there may be opportunities to negotiate on homes that have been sitting longer, but the best properties still tend to move quickly.

The market is constantly changing, and what worked six months ago may not be the best strategy today.

Here's what these numbers tell us:

While homes are taking about 90 days to sell on average, inventory remains relatively limited compared to many surrounding areas. Sellers who price their homes correctly are still attracting buyers, and buyers have opportunities to negotiate while enjoying more choices than we've seen in recent years.

The difference between the average list price and average sold price is relatively small, which tells us buyers are still willing to pay close to market value for homes that are priced appropriately and show well.
