Multiple offers… active open house. It’s that extra effort of flyers to the neighbors, spending money on social media marketing and reverse prospecting with agents who sent the listing to their clients. Let’s get it closed!!!

Looking at homes with a client who is looking to buy. These are some neat things I saw along the way…. Decorations, details and a garage floor that I had never seen before. What stands out to you?

Taking a buyer to look at homes around the City of Houston. This always gives me an opportunity to see sides and places of my hometown that I have never seen before and what is available. These are some of my faves and not so faves.

Like why not clean the bathtub before showing a home? Why not finish up painting the walls instead of just doing patches?

What do you notice?
