This client (friend) will never brag about herself…. So I am going to do it for her 😏
When we found this house and she purchased it a little less than three years ago, the market was ridiculous. She was also relocating from Indiana, ENGAGED 💍 and tackling a buyer’s nightmare of a housing market like it was no big deal.
When she and her fantastic husband called us to help them move so she can be near the school where she is now going to be getting her Doctorate 👩🎓 she was also quite pregnant. But they once again amazed me at their decisiveness, one offer and they got their new home, signed closing papers with their beautiful new daughter in their arms, and then listed this stunning home (which received multiple offers and sold for over asking with one of my favorite other agents on the other side of the table 🙌🏻)
So to recap: in less than three years, she bought at the height of a chaotic market while planning a wedding and starting a new job and moving to a new state…. She and her husband bought a new home still in a less than ideal buyers market, while expecting and having a beautiful baby, and sold her first home for a profit while wearing said baby around the house as she packed and gets ready to start on her PHD…
Meanwhile, I locked my keys in my car during one of our showings and they drove me around to their own home tours, which I mentioned was their first time driving around with a baby in their backseat 💁🏼♀️
Not sure how I get so blessed with the clients that I do, but I am honored to have gotten to watch this amazing woman kick the markets… tush… multiple times, all during other huge life changes, as if that’s normal 😂
She doesn’t know how cool she is- but I do ☺️ and I am very grateful for her trust and that I got to be part of all of this.
