When 3 siblings came to us to sell their mom's condo, they were ready to roll up their sleeves and work together. While other units in the complex are still waiting for buyers, this one flew off the market!

For over two decades, this cozy cottage was filled with laughter, love, and lakeside sunsets. It was where my seller and her late husband built countless memories -- and this week, she handed over the keys.
