Technically, both are options. When you’re making one of the biggest investments of your life, price does matter. But quality, craftsmanship, communication, and what happens after you move in matter a whole lot more.

HILLS I WILL DIE ON as a new home consultant…

- layout matters more than square footage
- natural light ACTUALLY changes everything
- not every “upgrade” is worth the money
- your future self will thank you for more storage
- if the kitchen is bad, the whole house is bad
- quality over trendy
- people always underestimate how emotional building a house really is
