EDIT: the list is full, I don’t want to get anybody’s hopes up as the messages flooded in quick! We’re always trying to expand so watch here for updates! But we’re full!

I do have a list…BUT a lot of peoples status has changed since posting houses… I potentially have a small 2 bed (one room can be used as small 3rd bedroom) coming available. This is a 900sqf cozy home, nice neighborhood located in Humboldt city limits. Available (CONTINGENT) January 1 2025

I cannot share specifics yet this is just a post to get a “fresh” list of people looking for housing in Humboldt. This house is occupied at the moment so specifics will not be shared. We’re working on a home and things can always happen during a light remodel so this is very dependent on our progress on the home but shooting to have all moves done by end of the year at latest. I know this is 3 months away, but if you’re looking it doesn’t hurt to say, hey! me!

I will not start taking apps until home is for sure empty, so this is an informal post to generate interest. Pm me if you want on the waiting list.

Slow… but progress nonetheless. We have the yard about 80% to where we want it… still some finishing touches with rock, and parking. Getting ideas and coming up with new ones in the process. Phase 1 is just mostly cleanup, phase 2 coming soon which is the inside… as badly as we want to address the porch this year it’s looking like a next year project! So far been quoting windows, doors, paint, all the good stuff. Our margins are razor thin at the moment so we’re doing everything that just requires manual labor and getting quotes to see where & when we can start!

*since I’ve had several ask this will not be ready to rent for at least a year, just posting progress pics for entertainment purposes!

Happy News! Something exciting happened a couple weeks ago. 🥳

As soon as the current occupants vacate this week we can get started on a light remodel to be able to provide a unique 4-5bed! This wasn’t planned, but the best things in life happen by surprise! This will most likely turn into a longer project but hopefully it will be available before we know it! If you know the neighborhood you know this is across the street from us, so it might get some extra attention! This won’t be a fast transformation, but hopefully a rewarding one!

Follow along for the transformation! I can’t wait to unlock this homes potential! 😍

We’ve been quiet as we have the BEST tenants! With no one moving! We’re working on some necessary background moves to better set us up for our future growth! Not the fun reveals of new homes to offer but necessary ones! To address the several messages we have received, We don’t have anything available for the near foreseeable future. It’s hard to know anyone’s personal scenarios so if something comes available it will be listed here FIRST.

Thank you all for the support, we look forward to continuing to be able to provide more housing options in the future!

When we gave ourselves a “name” it was with full intentions of being able to pass the torch some day and “have something” for our kiddos to carry on or do with what they please. Thus Decker Investments came about, and when the time is right llc. We didn’t realize the amount of motivation for growth putting a name to our dreams would drum up! We’ve grown! Never as fast as we would like but smart, steady, and forward. I’m sincerely grateful for each house purchase this year from both friends and complete strangers. As well as our new tenants. Our tenants are an extension of family and we’ve been blessed with the best!

Thank you all for the resources, motivation, kind words, connections, excessive house listings shared in my inbox 🙂 You know who you all are and this wouldn’t have been possible without you. We’ve met some great people and made many new friends. God willing, 2024 is going to be our best year yet!
