Went to closing on this guy last week! Was able to get creative so the buyer could get in with super low closing costs and the seller still got the number they were looking for!

“Met” this homeowner years ago through and quickly became internet friends. It was awesome to finally meet him in person at the closing table selling his first ever investment property!

One time in high school, I got home late. I didn’t carry a key and all the doors were locked. I tried to get someone’s attention inside, to no avail. So I walked up the street to this house and crashed on the couch. Now, I am being trusted to sell it. Really feels like a full circle moment!

After thirty years and countless memories made, these folks were ready to downsize and move closer to family.
