Brandon graduated with a Sports Marketing degree from Miami University and spent 5 years in the front office of professional sports teams in Chicago (Bulls and Fire) and Washington, D.C. He left the entertainment industry to work for one of his clients, James Hardie Building Products and thus began his love of home building. After over a decade of working for manufacturers, distributors and remodelers in the residential building industry, he brings unique expertise to their real estate practice in knowing how a home is built and what products were used to build it. With over 20 years of sales experience, Brandon is also well equipped at negotiating deals that are in the best interest of his clients. Kristin has been involved in real estate her entire life. Her father is currently a REALTOR® in Hilton Head after spending over 15 years as an agent in Chicago where Kristin grew up. Her high school job involved helping her dad with real estate marketing and creating brochures. After graduating from Miami University with a degree in Chemistry, Kristin entered the workforce at a prestigious consulting company serving Fortune 500 organizations. As an Executive Advisor, Kristin interacted with some of the world’s largest organizations and was able to bring expertise, industry knowledge, and a professional attitude to each interaction. These invaluable skills have helped define her real estate career as well. Kristin and Brandon have both earned their Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. These required advanced specialized training which allows Caputo Real Estate to be considered experts in the field when it comes to representing sellers and strategically pricing a home. Kristin and Brandon have two sons, Jackson and Grant, and a lab-mix puppy named Sydney. They serve as President and Vice President of their college alumni chapter here in Charlotte. Kristin serves as Secretary on their Homeowners Association Board. Brandon retired after 25 years as a soccer referee and is now a volunteer coach with Charlotte Independence Soccer Club, Lake Norman Little League Baseball and HYAA Basketball.
