First closing of 2026 is in the books, and what a special closing this was! 🥰

I love getting to meet new people, but something about helping out friends that you’ve known for years just hits different! 😆 Josh and Catalina are crushing life together and I’m so happy I could help be apart of their home buying journey. 🏡🔑

This South Huntsville cutie sold just in time for the new year. ✨ So happy for my sellers to move on to their new home and for the sweet buyers to raise their family in such a great home!

Looking to buy or sell in 2026? I’d love to help 🥰

Looks like I didn’t do a great job posting the last few months of the year… I’ll blame it on the first trimester 😂🤰🏻

So happy for all of buyer clients! Had a first time home buying couple in south Huntsville, relocation family from TN in Madison, relocation buyer from FL in Athens, another FTHB couple in New Market, and another relocation family from the Gadsden area in Madison! 🙌 🏡

I can’t wait for what 2026 has in store!

We went under contract a year ago on our first house 🥹 Lots has changed since then so I thought it would be fun to do a before and after 😍

Interior design is my passion and it’s been so much fun decorating this last year. We went in with fresh paint in the whole house so we had a blank canvas to start with. also transformed the exterior 🤍 Looking forward to adding new touches over the next year… and hopefully renovating the bathrooms. 😅🤞 I truly love this place and we’re lucky to call it home! 🏡
