One thing buyers don’t always realize at first is how important it is to use a LOCAL lender.

Your lender and your Realtor are the two people carrying your deal from contract to closing — and communication matters A LOT. Local lenders know the local market, know the agents, know the timelines, know our local customs and can usually solve problems faster because this is what they do every single day.

And before anyone gets offended… yes, your cousin’s friend’s brother who “also does mortgages” might be great. But if lending isn't their primary job and they’re Ubering between pre-approvals… maybe not the person you want handling the biggest purchase of your life. 😂

A good local lender can mean:
✔️ Faster communication
✔️ Smoother closings
✔️ Stronger offers
