Only a 4 hour drive from Huntsville, AL area!

- The “take it or leave it” era is over - Nationally, 44% of sellers made concessions to buyers in 2025. I’m seeing the same thing locally: sellers offer repair credits, support with closing costs and timeline flexibility.
- Not all homes are performing the same
- Buyers have more options right now with inventory increasing.
- Home sales are set to rebound to 14% this year as inventory rises and mortgage rates ease slightly. (Source: NAR December 2025)

The problem is, there are limited options available in Huntsville, AL.

“She believed she could, so she did...” that quote sums up my humble beginning as a Real Estate Agent. I decided to start believing in myself, and stop settling for what was comfortable, easy, or what everyone else thought was best. After being introduced to the Real Estate industry in 2016, I developed a passion to learn more. That passion sent me down the road to becoming a Real Estate Agent. So now I have the amazing opportunity to not only assist but educate my clients on the benefits of home-ownership and how it can literally change the trajectory of their lives. I am a living testimony, I purchased my first home at 25... that home currently pays for itself because it was converted into an investment property. I have officially been licensed since January of 2019, since then I have completed the Military Relocation Professional course, the Accredited Buyer Representative Course, and the Accredited Stager Professional Course. There’s so much more I could share, just know that if I can purchase a home... you can and I’d love to be the one to help you through that process!
