This past year has been full of answered prayers, hard work, challenges, growth, and SO many amazing people! 🏡 As a Keller Williams Huntsville agent, I’m thankful to have helped buyers become homeowners, supported sellers through new beginnings, and worked alongside 11 incredible realtors as a Transaction Coordinator, assisting with 150+ transactions since Spring of 2025.

There’s nothing quite like FIRST HOME KEYS! 🔑🏡❤️

So excited for Keyonte and his sweet young family as they officially become homeowners! Buying your first home comes with excitement, nerves, lots of paperwork…and about 47 questions along the way. 😂

Some closings come easy. Others have to be fought for. 💪🏡

This one was definitely the latter.

After prolonged government furloughs, a failed contract at the last minute, and plenty of unexpected twists, we had to continuously adjust our marketing strategies, run the numbers, and shift gears—more than a few times.

Through all the ups and downs, I’m incredibly grateful for this family’s continued trust. Not only did they trust me to navigate this sale, but they’ve asked me to list not one, but two homes for them. That kind of trust means more than I can say.

And they didn’t stop there. They’ve also sent several of their friends from Blue Origin my way, and I’ve had the privilege of helping some of those friends purchase their very first homes. 🏡❤️

That’s the part of this business I’m most grateful for—the relationships that continue after the closing table. When clients trust you enough to call you again, and then trust you enough to send the people they care about your way, that’s the ultimate compliment.

Closing Day was bittersweet yesterday 💙 We listed this home and had it under contract in just over a week. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest home sales I’ve been part of… the hardest part was knowing it meant our friends were moving away 😭

We are going to miss the Rousett family so much. From backyard BBQs and evenings with friends to sweaty CrossFit sessions, competitions, and Brittany running her very first half marathon with me — there are so many memories tied to this chapter.

While we’re sad to see them go, we’re so excited for everything ahead for their family in this next adventure. Thank you for trusting me to help with such an important transition. Wishing you all the happiness and success in your new home and new city. Huntsville won’t be quite the same without you guys ❤️
