I am a Realtor with my associate broker license servicing all of Eastern Idaho. I have an ever increasing knowledge and I am motivated to give you a personalized experience with local expertise. I work with both buyer and sellers, residential and commercial, investment properties, Airbnb, farmland and more. I do not deal with property management but can set you up with partners that will take care
of you. If selling, I can help you price your home to sell fast while maximizing your gains. If buying, I will show you as many homes as necessary for you to feel comfortable making an offer on one of the largest purchases of your life. I have served as Co-Chair and Chair of the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class where I have learned more about my community in various sectors. I have been a part of our association’s Local Political Involvement Committee which including attending planning and zoning and city council meetings and learning about that process. I was recently the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors Chair of the Young Professional Network and attended events at the National Association Of Realtors in Chicago. My network is consistently growing and I would like you to be included. I was born and raised right here in Idaho Falls and currently raising my own family here with Eva. We are proud of our girls: Taylor (20), Alexia (16) and Khiana (9). They are all big into ballet--see Taylor on the cover of the Idaho Falls Magazine (November 2016)--and education. The big age range helps me understand others situations whether picking elementary schools, high schools or starting college. I graduated with honors from Bonneville High School which included an EMT course from Eastern Idaho Technical College. I have attended our local satellite campus called University Place as well as Idaho State University in Pocatello and I graduated from University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business (Accounting). I thoroughly enjoy travel and specifically international travel. I spent time in Australia as a student ambassador with the People to People program during highschool, went to Canada on a couple trips with my fraternity at U of I (AKL), attending a friend's weeklong birthday party in Colombia during my semester abroad in Ecuador, did the tourist thing in England, Netherlands and France after my summer of Study in Spain, been border shopping and deep sea fishing in Mexico, saw my best friends wedding in India before I toured it for a couple months, and visited in and around Manila and Eva's hometown in the Philippines. I truly enjoy meeting new people and learning about their way of life. I have experienced a handful of careers such as oilfield truck driver (still have a CDL), financial analyst, tire sales, excavation laborer/operator, pizza delivery and more. If you are looking at coming to the area, I understand that you may have different needs than the last person I helped find a home. I strive to understand your individual needs to find the best available solution. Idaho Falls has many beautiful areas to enjoy. I enjoy walking the Snake River greenbelt and watching waterfalls, parking up on the foothills at night and looking at all the city lights, or playing a round at Pinecrest, Sandcreek or Sage Lakes Golf Courses. In order to enjoy all 4 seasons, some of the outdoor opportunities I have taken advantage of include floating the Snake River or Hoback Junction, boating Ririe or Palisades Reservoir, snow skiing/boarding in Jackson, Kelly Canyon or Pebble Creek, snowmobiling Island Park or four-wheeling in Palisades, sitting in the pools at Heise or Lava Hot Springs, Hiking the upper or lower Palisades or Craters of the Moon, watching a baseball game before 4th of July fireworks, attending concerts at Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre, attending the War Bonet Roundup, riding the rides at East Idaho State Fair, trick or treating at Boo at the Zoo, visiting Yellowstone National Park, and more. Obviously I spend time indoors as well. I enjoy dining out at too many different restaurants to list, watching movies at Paramount , Center or Edwards Theaters, gambling at Fort Hall Casino, Comedy night at Peppertree, dancing at the Shilo, playing arcade games at Leo's, doing flips into the foam at I-Jump and many others. Our area appreciates a lower than average unemployment rate, lower cost of living and a comfortable population size that provides a friendly small town feel with many of the big city conveniences. Commuting is a breeze because you can typically go anywhere in town at any time of day in about 20 mins. Are you ready to search for a new home yet? Give me a call or text now! 208-520-5395
