I began my Real Estate career in 2003 in Florida as a real estate agent and as an investor flipping properties. I moved to Idaho Falls in 2010 and opened a successful business that I owned for seven years (Catlos Wholesale furniture store). In 2014 I got back into real estate investing in residential property. My background experience is also in hospitality. I worked at Luxury five star hotels for 6 years while in college. You are probably wondering why do I mention my experience in two other industries?
