Thursday was another great ILTA regional meeting. This one was in Algona for North Central Iowa. Water’s Edge Nature Center is a beautiful facility which helps us to remember what Iowa was like when the first settler’s arrived and many of our ancestors roamed the pioneers along with the bison!

Our office will be closed on Monday, September 28 as we attend our own NE Regional Meeting. We’ll still be monitoring emails and voicemails throughout the day and will get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll reopen with our regular hours on Tuesday, September 29 at 8:30 AM.

Tuesday was a great ILTA Regional meeting in western Iowa. Jefferson has a spectacular downtown, recognized as the Greatest American Main Street in 2025. One of its acclaimed features is the Mahanay Bell Tower. From there you can see such great features of the downtown such as rooftop art.

Education: The ILTA Education Committee will be doing a 90-minute segment on "Ethics for Abstractors".
