Doing what's right for the community. This great property in Bartow has been in the pictured condition for 3yr. It has taken our team over 2 months dealing with the bank to get this short sale purchased. We closed Thursday 8/20 and began demolition on 8/21. For 3yrs this neighborhood has lived with this eye sore, dealt with folks "living" in this house, it has deteriorated property values, and spent far too long dragging down the morale of this fine community. This demolition will be complete 8/28. One week from closed to cleared. By 9/2 we will have footers dug, poured, and ready to begin vertical construction. This is about revitalizing a neighborhood. There will be a fine new home on this site ready for a loving family before Thanksgiving. Just one more example that Florida can balance growth and conservation by utilizing what we have.

Great new home and shop coming to a multi acreage property. There is a mobile home on site. Our home owner is building a new house and a work shop. They purchased the adjacent property to enlarge their acreage. These lots were platted over 60yr ago. Using existing lots, upgrading the home, buying the neighboring parcel, and only clearing what was needed on the new parcel (the rest was mulched for new survey access and property clean up) is a great way to limit urban sprawl and get a multi generational Florida family a new home in the heart of central Florida.

We scraped this lot on 6/28. We are only 30days in to this great home and it looks like we will be done two weeks ahead...
