Hello everyone. There’s a discussion in a group I’m in regarding new construction builds that are built quickly, with “poor workmanship and poor materials”.

New construction adds thousands of homes a year. One of the best things you can do for yourself is to have a realtor on your side. Me and my team have inspectors inspect the home at multiple levels numerous times.

New community’s have their own salesperson to sell homes. They represent the community. They don’t like realtors. Why you ask? Because we represent the buyer. Poor workmanship isn’t acceptable to us. If we see something wrong we call it out. It gets fixed.
