I haven’t been posting on this page as much. If you still see this thanks for the support! I still am a realtor. I know I post about the flip more but this is the slow season for realtors. Follow my TikTok for more on the flip. I’ve been doing Timelapse and just updates. I’ve been using it more as a platform lately. I’ve enjoyed it and it’s a good outlet for that style of content. So house hunting with Kevin will still be posted here but more will be on TikTok moving forward.

Love a good realtor story. Client started house hunting with me back in April. At first teh lender thought they needed some time to get the “file” ready for pre-approval. So lender drags their feet to wait for credit to rise. We move on to a new lender. We get pre-approved. Get under contract. Delay after delay from lender. They deny the loan… same day we are supposed to be closing. They send the denial email to me and list agent. List agent calls me says call this dude. THIRD lender gets us cleared to close within a week. Literally just got it this morning. 100% closing next week.

Do not give up. Not all lenders are the same and someone might be able to do what others could not. Shop around for everything.

Today was the first time I really felt like my EXPERIENCE and time as a realtor benefited my clients.

Not saying that I haven’t navigated things because of the past before but the way I handled the situation and dealt with a touchy transaction was based off the last year of managing high stress transactions. Crazy to think 1 year of work has tested my abilities more than the first 4 years combined.
