Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Cold Call Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and set up appointments for our real estate representatives through targeted cold calling. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing valuable connections in the real estate market. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport will be essential in effectively promoting our services and nurturing potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients within a defined target market.
Identify and qualify potential leads by effectively communicating our value proposition.
Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and determine their suitability for our services.
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to ensure their ongoing interest.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with real estate agents to provide them with well-qualified leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using productivity tools.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
