Nothing beats a summer evening at the ballpark! This past Saturday, members of our Construction team and corporate staff traded hard hats and laptops for hot dogs, home runs, and great company at the Indianapolis Indians game. It was a fun opportunity to connect outside the office with family, celebrate our incredible teams, and enjoy America's favorite pastime together.

July’s Gong Celebration was packed with milestones worth celebrating!

This month, we recognized the receipt of the TCO for AREA’s 13 townhomes, marking an exciting step forward for the project and the team that brought it to life. We also celebrated a major company achievement with the acquisition of Residences on Carr Hill, the first acquisition for F&C’s newly established Investments department.
