We're back with an update on our project for Southwark Metal Manufacturing, where we're constructing a new 270,000-square-foot facility in Hernando, Mississippi.

With the building pad now complete, our team has shifted focus to foundation work and continued site development. Additionally, work on the crane bay recently reached an important milestone with the completion of all 514 aggregate piers.

Projects like this reflect Peterson's continued growth throughout the Southeast and our commitment to supporting clients wherever they need us.

Big things are happening at our project for Whiteland Community High School! 🚧

Our team continues to make great progress on the project, with site work, utility installation, concrete work at units P3 and P4, and preparation for sidewalks and asphalt all progressing.

Inside, rough MEP work is nearing completion, cafeteria terrazzo flooring is coming together, and overhead doors have been installed throughout much of the building. Doors and hardware installation are underway, and the new auditorium continues to advance.

Significant progress has been made at the future Jewel-Osco in Saint John, Indiana, since our last update.

Exterior painting remains ongoing, and owner signage is currently being installed. Interior work is also progressing, with floor polishing underway, low-voltage electrical installation moving forward, and refrigeration equipment being set and piped.

We’re proud to continue working alongside DeMao Retail to bring this development to the Saint John community.

Progress continues at Padgett Commons in Whitestown, Indiana, a 40-acre mixed-use development where Peterson is proud to partner with New City Development on the horizontal infrastructure work.

Major earthwork operations and detention to support the infrastructure are nearing completion. Roadways and roundabouts are also taking shape as storm infrastructure continues to progress throughout the site.

Construction continues at the new Wabash Township administrative facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. This week, our team started pouring the slab for the future 11,000 SF building, marking a major milestone for the project.

Once complete, this facility will serve as a true community hub, bringing together township services, emergency response operations, and a dedicated community food pantry under one roof.

We are proud to continue working alongside Wabash Township, PLG Group, GM Development, ARKOR Architects & Engineers, Kimley-Horn, and Design-Aire Engineering, Inc. on this impactful project!
