Congratulations to Kristie Arnst, Buckingham's new Chief Administrative Officer!

Since joining Buckingham in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Property Management, Kristie has helped more than quadruple the company's net operating income and driven the launch of 15 new developments, six occupied renovations, and 4,000+ new units. She was also instrumental in establishing Buckingham's first BTR Fund.

As CAO, Kristie will continue leading asset management, property management, technology, innovation, and human resources, while taking on expanded organizational duties, helping advance Buckingham's strategic priorities and long-term growth.

"She builds trust across every level of the organization, communicates clearly, and holds herself and her teams to a high standard," says Buckingham Founder and CEO Brad Chambers.

The Buckingham Builders had an amazing day helping put the finishing touches on two Habitat for Humanity homes! 🏡💙

From installing door hardware, appliances, and mailboxes to adding address numbers, wrapping porch columns, building a shed, and checking off the final details, it was rewarding to help get these homes nearly move-in ready for two deserving homeowners.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and spend the day building alongside such an incredible team of women.
