We bought a house today!

Thankful for the awesome sellers and everyone that was involved in making this purchase happen.

We’ll be tearing down this house so this lot is ready to be built on.

Still ironing out the specifics on the build, but we are thinking it’ll be five or six, three bed two bath apartments on all three lots.

Ironton home buyers! I’m at a crossroads and would like some input from potential future customers.

We plan to build a SFH for resale on our 1827 S 6th street lot in Ironton, OH.

Our goal was to build a product that checks a lot of boxes at or close to $250k. Things like attached garage, one bedroom on the main floor, and so on. Unfortunately, the math isn’t mathing for me, and it’s looking like that plan would have to be priced closer to the $350k mark.

The second plan, I haven’t had priced but would likely be cheaper and I’d be able to come in closer to that $250k mark.

What would you guys rather see?
