Our homes are our biggest asset. If you have inconsiderate neighbors setting off fireworks with no regard for the safety of PH then REPORT THEM! Gift them with steep fines and possible Jail Time. Idc if you call me lame, this is No Joke.

1. The fine for lighting any fireworks is $1000 and can include up to one year jail sentence for the first offense and increased to $2000 on the second offense.
2. You can be held personally liable for any fire damage that you or your minor child causes both from government prosecution and private civil lawsuits.
3. Whereas it’s true that OCSD has a responsibility to the entire City of Lake Forest, the areas of “extreme” fire danger on the Cal Fire map should have more planned coverage this weekend.
4. There should be a patrol car stationed at both Concourse Park and Foothill Ranch Community Park (requested at City Council Meetings) as the communities of both Portola Hills and Foothill Ranch where both parks are had their fire danger elevated to the highest ranking by CalFire this Spring.
