Simple way to think about it:

After-tax cost =
(deductible expenses) Ɨ (1 āˆ’ your tax rate)

For a lot of homeowners who itemize,

So that ā€œ6.5%ā€ doesnā€™t always feel like 6.5%.

Most people never run that math.

24 years in mortgage and real estate and Iā€™m just going to say it. šŸ‘‡
Social media is non-negotiable for this business. Iā€™ve known that. The hard part has been actually doing it ā€” and doing it in a way that doesnā€™t consume whatā€™s left of your life.
This is for the loan officers who donā€™t know where to start. The realtors sitting on a database theyā€™ve never touched. The agents paying for a garbage social package and getting absolutely nothing from it.
