You can see everything, coordinate everything, resolve a lot before it ever hits the field.

Good plans aren’t the issue. Great plans aren’t the issue either. 👀

The problem is that paper is small and flat. And you’re not going to live in something flat.

So the layout works. The dimensions check out. The flow makes sense when you trace it with your finger.

But sometimes…the room that reads as spacious has a door swing that eats the corner. The open concept that looks connected on the plan feels disconnected when you’re standing in it. And the kitchen that passed every review is just slightly too narrow to cook in comfortably with two people.

None of that shows up on paper; all of it shows up the day you move in.

Walking your plans isn’t about finding what’s wrong. It’s about discovering what paper can’t tell you.
