🌟 Exciting Progress at Las Brisas in Santa Maria! Our team at MBK Rental Living is excited to share the latest progress on Las Brisas, our second community in the vibrant and welcoming city of Santa Maria. We’ve been honored to be part of this community, and we’re thrilled to continue contributing by bringing much needed, high quality housing to the area.

Construction is advancing quickly, and we’re preparing to pre lease in mid-February, with our official opening planned for early spring.

This recent aerial capture highlights the incredible momentum across the property — including our resort style pool nearing completion on the far end, set against beautiful natural surroundings that give the community a calm, open feel.

We’re also proud to have collaborated with the city to deliver a new dog park for both small and large dogs, as part of our commitment to enhancing the broader Santa Maria neighborhood. This public park space will be open to all Las Brisas residents and the public, offering a shared amenity where neighbors and future residents can connect, play, and enjoy the outdoors together.
