Pool days are better with good food, cold drinks, and even better company. ☀️🌴

Our 2nd Annual Poolside Social was such a fun way to soak up the last stretch of summer with our Amblar Las Colinas community. From pool floats and plenty of laughs to pizza, drinks, and neighbors actually getting the chance to slow down and connect — this is exactly what community should feel like.

A huge thank you to i Fratelli Pizza for helping us keep everyone very well fed with the pizza. 🍕 We loved having you be part of the day!

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a lei, hopped in the pool, and spent the afternoon with us. We’re already looking forward to the next one. 🧡

A few simple thermostat settings can help keep your apartment comfortable while
reducing excess humidity and unnecessary strain on your HVAC system.
✔️Keep your fan set to AUTO
✔️ Avoid turning your AC completely OFF
✔️If you’re away, simply raise the temperature instead
If your AC isn’t performing as expected, please let our maintenance team know through the
resident portal.
