Historic Sullivan Lofts is an age restricted development with the main office located at 19 W. Jackson Street on the courthouse square in the City of Sullivan. The development offers 40 affordable housing units made up of 3 one bedroom units and 37 two bedroom units. The development is made up 16 buildings, some being historic and mixed use, while others are new construction duplexes. By targeting an array of different building types, the development preserved and re-purposed underutilized historic buildings in the downtown while replacing vacant, abandoned, and blighted homes across existing neighborhoods.
