It’s been a while since I’ve popped in here and that’s because I’ve been helping buyers and sellers close deals.

Let me tell you about two of them:

This month I had the honor of helping two out-of-town sellers sell their Jacksonville investment properties. Both handed me the keys (literally and figuratively) and trusted me with everything. Cleaning crews, listing photos, virtual staging, lawn maintenance, contractors, and all the in-between.

The first photo had been listed before with another agent and didn’t sell. I took it on, made the right adjustments, and got it closed.

The second had been managed by a property manager. I coordinated the tenant move-out, cleanings, and prep so we could get it listed and sold.

Two out of town sellers. Two different stories. Two very happy clients. 🤍
