I just spoke to a seller who is really having a hard time getting someone to buy their property? He was a very nice person who is just trying to move to another property. One thing that I suggested to him was to add possible owner finance on his listing with his agent. Everyone this may be a good way to get your property sold with these high-interest rates. Remember some people may have cash but can't get a mortgage because of something that may have happened in their past, due to no fault of their own. I pray this helps someone.

I was just looking over some houses that were selling for low $100's two years ago. I was amazed to see a house similar was selling for $175,000. Investors like myself are now adjusting our investment strategy (lower income, small towns & rural).

The real estate market continues to thrive, will free access to information on real estate transactions be affected by the recent change by the National Association of Realtors (NAR)? If you are unaware, NAR has made it harder for a lot of online real estate websites to get for sale & sold real estate information. If you use websites like Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc., to search for real estate or see the value of your property. Well, that could become a thing of the past. In the past, they have taken a lashing from some previous homeowners alleging their estimates on their property were inaccurate. It could be worse in the future. Let me know what you think.

How do you spend most of your time? Thinking about good things or negative things. If the person you spend most of your time with is negative, spend less time with that person. Negativity is contagious. Positivity is also. If you had your choice which would you choose. Try positive thinking and see if things improve for you.
