So incredibly honored and grateful to share that I was selected as Shore Sailor of the Year for FRCSE. This year has been full of milestones, leading as SCPOA President, really stepping into my role as a leader & individual instead of just a sailor who can do what she’s told. AND especially in October, when my conversion to NC was officially approved. I am NC2(AW) Allen now 💕🫶🏼

I’m beyond thankful for the support, mentorship, and encouragement from my leadership, my shop, and everyone who believed in me and pushed me to keep going.

I’m endlessly in awe of what God can do in your life when you genuinely let go of control. 1 year ago, I decided to convert in hopes I could stay in the navy single with a baby. I didn’t know how it was going to work out, but it worked out better than I ever imagined it could. 🥹⭐️

Proud to serve, excited for this next chapter finally leaving this duty station after 7 years, and grateful for the lessons. 🇺🇸⚓
