✨ A Treasured Holiday Treat—Just Like a Treasured Home! ✨
🏡❤️🍪

This season, we’re sharing one of our most treasured Holiday cookie recipes—and just like finding the perfect home, this one is full of warmth, memories, and a sprinkle of magic.

Every beautiful cookie—just like every beautiful home—needs a strong foundation.

🍪TREASURED MINT COOKIE INGREDIENTS:

• ½ cup butter, softened

• ¾ cup brown sugar

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 large eggs

• 1 (10 oz) package Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
OR 2 packages (4.67 oz each) Andes Crème de Menthe Thins, chopped

• 2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour

👩‍🍳 DIRECTIONS:

Do NOT preheat the oven until after the dough has chilled.

1. Blend butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs until mixed.

2. Stir in the Andes mints (chips or chopped thins).

3. Add the flour LAST and mix until fully blended.

4. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

5. Now preheat oven to 350°F.

6. Scoop approximately 1 oz of dough per cookie. (Depending on the brand, a #40 cookie scoop is about 1 oz– love it for this use).

7. Roll into a ball and gently flatten.

8. Place on a non-stick baking pan and bake 8–10 minutes.

9. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes, then remove.
