Look at that face. That is the face of a woman who has completely lost control of her brokerage because a prairie dog showed up and immediately demanded a position. 😂🐾

Pearl’s résumé is STACKED: 🕵️‍♀️ inspects everything, 👃 sniffs out a good deal, 🕳️ burrows into the details, 🌳 strongly prefers a bigger yard, 📋 has zero respect for personal boundaries, and 🏡 will absolutely judge a property based on its digging potential.
