Your rental is talking. Are you listening?

The first 14 days of a rental listing can reveal more than simply whether the rent is too high.

Very few inquiries may point to pricing or presentation. Inquiries without showings can indicate restrictions, move in costs, availability, or difficulty scheduling a tour. Showings without applications may mean renters are finding better value elsewhere.

Fourteen days does not automatically mean the rent should be lowered. It means it is time to study the activity and determine where potential residents are losing interest.
