THIS TOWN HOME HAS BEEN WAITING FOR ME TO LEARN HOW TO LAY WOOD LAMINATE FLOORING!! Now it's done! (because I paid Joe Bathurst to do it! LOL!!) IT HAS A LARGE SCREENED & TILED PATIO, SEPARATE LOCKING LAUNDRY AND STORAGE ROOMS, AND A FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING AREA!! MOVE-IN READY!!

We finally got the rental software installed onto a laptop after the "Crash of the Titan" 2 months ago. With all that paperwork to sort thru on the floor, who should come through but FOX FOTO with a portable table to get the work up to typing level!!!

We have rented Pineverde Lane and Dundee Ct!! Both start on Oct 1st!!
Soon we will being the floor refinishing on Park St! I will try to remember to shoot progress pics and post them!!
