ASHCO CENTERS IS HEADING SOUTH TO BEACHWALK !!
Ashco Centers is expanding its footprint into St. Johns County with the development of Beachwalk Shops, a new 30,000-square-foot Class A luxury retail outparcel positioned at the entrance to BJ’s Wholesale Club in Beachwalk.
Construction is expected to begin within the next 90 days, with an anticipated grand opening in Q2 2027.
Beachwalk Shops is being designed to bring an elevated retail, restaurant, medical, and service experience to one of Northeast Florida’s fastest-growing corridors. With strong residential expansion, increasing traffic along County Road 210, and major demand from both national tenants and the surrounding community, this project is positioned directly in the path of growth.
The development has already received significant interest from national brands, with available suites starting at approximately 1,200 square feet and the ability to accommodate users up to 30,000 square feet.
