Day 2 of my newest flip and we slayed it again today! 5 of us spent 6 hours cleaning out the shed and working on the back yard. These kids are the hardest workers I've ever seen! Ages 18, 20 and 22. 2 of us made a dump run and unloaded 1,560 lbs. I can't believe how much progress we've made in a day and a half!! 🤗

Back in the saddle again! I've been busy the past few years remodeling properties to keep and open businesses in. I finally bought one this morning to flip and tore into part of the yard this afternoon. Stay tuned for the transformation as I go along. 😁
