Don’t sleep on Holly Ridge 👀

What a lot of people used to think of as just a drive-through town has become the fastest-growing town in Onslow County!

New neighborhoods are popping up, more businesses are moving in, and you’re still just a few minutes from beautiful beaches. It’s become a really interesting option for people who want to be near the coast while still having access to Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville & Wilmington.

But all that growth comes with some things you’ll want to know before deciding to live here.

In my latest video, I’m taking you around Holly Ridge and breaking down what it’s actually like to live here, from the housing and new construction to the commute, location, amenities, and some of the tradeoffs that come with a rapidly growing town.

So happy for my clients who got to pick up the keys to their brand new home this week!

We started their home search by touring homes already on the market, but nothing felt quite right. As I learned more about what they were looking for, I realized I knew a neighborhood that might be a great fit.

So we changed plans, drove over to a new construction community, looked at lots and toured a newly built home.

They loved it so much that they ended up going under contract on a home in the neighborhood before it was even built!

Over the last several months, I’ve been their boots on the ground while their home was being built, sending updates, checking on progress and helping them prepare for their move from out of state.

This week, everything finally came together, and I got to welcome them home to the coastal life. 🌊

Another Sneads Ferry neighborhood tour is up! 🌊

This time I’m taking you inside Mimosa Bay, and there’s a lot more to this neighborhood than just beautiful homes.

Water access, a private boat ramp and dock, a huge clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, mature trees... this neighborhood has a little bit of everything.

One of my favorite moments while filming was visiting the neighborhood dock. There was a family catching shrimp and little fish with a net, and a few minutes later we watched another family launch their boat and head out into the waterway. It was one of those moments that gives you a much better feel for life in a neighborhood than any list of amenities ever could.

In the full tour, I’m sharing the amenities, commute times, HOA, current home and land prices, things buyers should know, and who I think Mimosa Bay is (and isn’t) a good fit for.

• It's an established favorite in the Ferry
