Under Contract!

So excited for my buyers who went under contract earlier this week. This one has such a cool story.

After touring more than 20 homes and exploring several neighborhoods, my clients realized they had completely fallen in love with one specific neighborhood. The only problem was that none of the homes currently on the market felt like the one.

Rather than giving up, we decided to try a different approach and reached out directly to homeowners in the neighborhood. And thankfully, that decision paid off! We connected with a homeowner who was open to selling, and the home ended up being exactly what my clients had been hoping to find.

After some thoughtful negotiation, we were able to put together a deal that worked well for everyone. My buyers found a home in the perfect location, and the homeowner is able to sell without the stress of preparing for a public listing.

I’m so proud of my clients for sticking to their vision and trusting the process. This might just be my favorite real estate story yet!
