VA and USDA loans - 0% down payment
FHA - 3.5% down payment
Conventional- 5% down payment

Buying your next home is a big emotional decision unless..
You’re an investor.

Usually we’re looking for a home that the kids are going to grow up in and graduate high school in - not just the 3 year house, but the 10, 15, 20+ year house. We’re looking for the spot where they’re going to put their Christmas tree every year or the neighborhood where their kids will meet lifelong friends and not come in until the streetlights come on.

Or the house on a few acres so their kids can learn about chickens or gardening and explore without a care in the world.

It’s rarely about the house itself, it’s all about the vision you dream of while you’re there. 🥺

This is home 🤍 congratulations to this beautiful family!

Over the weekend in the midst of homecoming I ran as fast as I could to deliver the keys to my first time homebuyers🏡

This is a perfect example of why I preach so much that I love my job! It’s not the purchase of the home it’s the transition and the story. Going from renting a small space to OWNING a much larger space for their family to grow, run, blow leaf piles this fall IS why this job makes me so darn happy!

The stars aligned so quickly for them and I’m so glad it did✨
