🌟 As most of you have seen, my husband and I just welcomed our third son, Brantley. As much as we are enjoying our time together at home, I am not on maternity leave. I haven’t been posting to social media as much but have stayed busy updating forms, templates, my new website and implementing better business strategies within my business. I’m ready to take on some more work now and have already been in touch with a couple of buyers and sellers.

🌟 2025 was a busy year for me! 🙌🏼 I received the Executive Award and had 15 transactions and sold over $2.4 million in volume for 2025 alone. My goal was never to be a top producer and this does not make me a top producer but I am so proud of my hard work and success as a working stay at home mama. I focus on quality transactions over quantity and because of it have never had to pay for a single lead. I thoroughly enjoy having a healthy work/life balance but definitely like to stay busy and have goals to achieve. 👏🏼 2026 has had a steady start with 5 closed transactions and a couple more deals that have unfortunately fallen through. I’m confident 2026 will be just as successful as 2025 with more relationships built and more deals closed. ✌🏼

🌟 I made the transition to LPT Realty in February. I have great relationships at REMAX Precision, learned a lot and am grateful for my time there. As a stay at home mama, a virtual brokerage is a much better fit for me. Less fees for me and my clients, more convenient learning opportunities , and an opportunity to work on branding myself more. My clients are working with me and I think it’s important they know and trust who they’re working with.

🌟 Some of you may have noticed I finally created a logo. Thanks to Jen at Shine on in Jefferson for the help. 😊 I work with all types of buyers and sellers and no transaction is ever the same. While I enjoy the variety and that no day is ever the same, I really wanted my logo to reflect my specialties….helping families and helping buyers and sellers with rural properties whether that be an acreage, hobby farm or horse property. 🐴🐓🐷🌳

🌟 That’s all for now….Im still working away and busy even if you don’t see me posting to social media as much….I’ll let you in on a secret….I’ve never wanted to be an influencer. 🙊 🤫 😉
