When we were asked to donate a raffle basket to help support a local cancer benefit, we were more than happy to say yes. Giving back and supporting our community is something we truly value, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help in any way we can. Our team believes in showing up for others, and we’re proud to support such an important cause. 💙

If you saw this guy, we hope you were able to wish him a happy birthday. He would have loved to be South enjoy some warm sunny place but it wasn’t in the cards. The girls got him a nice beach card for his birthday so he could imagine being there.

The guys were hand-pulling a pump today, a task that can be taxing on them, and we strive to use the truck whenever possible due to the substantial weight of water. Maybe they can get a cat nap in for a quick recovery.

Well this wee is off to a rough start. A standard oil change and filter changes turned into fuel all over the shop floor and waiting for the truck to get fixed by the same place that did the oil change. We are really trying out this F-150 service truck thing out. Here’s to hummp day and hopefully onto a less stressful week.

The pump truck went in for an all day service so we improvised with turning the F150
Into a temporary pump truck. It worked for a day but I think the guys are happy to have the truck back.

Why else is there to do on a cold cloudy day but put some pumps in. The guys were busy today providing water to several customers today.

Some of you may have notice a red truck out by The Old Rock this morning. Dan noticed we had very little water pressure yesterday while cleaning the kitchen.

Luckily we were able to get a referral from a customer and Duntley Water Works out of Jefferson were out this morning to install a new pressure tank, control box and a well pump and were back up and running!

Water has not been our "friend" since we became owners but it will not get in our way to continuing serving you!

The guys had to be creative with water samples yesterday so they wouldn’t freeze overnight with UPS. Hopefully our trick worked so we get some
Good results.

The guys would like to remind everyone to shut off their outside faucets if you haven’t for the winter season. Those spots will be the most likely places for pipes to freeze and burst. Please be diligent about waterlines on outside walls,some house aren’t insulated very good. Most importantly if you have a well pit or well devices outside PUT AN ENCLOSURE AROUND IT AND HEAT IT!! TRAILER CUSTOMERS, this includes you, heat underneath the trailer.
