Riddle me this: So this is our personal home, for another couple of weeks until the new homeowners make it theirs, and my first time representing everyone in the transaction as the owner. โ€˜Theyโ€™ say not to let emotions fuel decisions and itโ€™s interesting trying to navigate that as the owner, sellersโ€™ agent and representative of the buyer.
