🚨 Can I be honest for a second? 🚨

The OHFA funds disappearing almost immediately didn't prove that rates are too high. ❌

It didn't prove that now is a bad time to buy. ❌

What it did prove is that being prepared matters. ✅

The buyers who were ready, pre-approved, and already having conversations got a shot. 🏡

The buyers who were waiting for the "perfect" rate, the "perfect" market, or the "perfect" timing were left watching from the sidelines. 👀

And if your social media feed suddenly exploded with lenders and REALTORS® talking about it... that should tell you something too. 📢

There are A LOT of people who still want to buy homes.

If homeownership is one of your goals, stop focusing on timing the market and start focusing on preparing for opportunities. 💪

✨ Get the information. ✨ Make a plan. ✨ Know your options. ✨ Be ready when the next opportunity comes.
