For this project Broads was hired to complete the exterior of a utility room built after Hurricane Sandy. We prepped, taped, compounded, sanded, completed one of the un-finished walls, primed and painted including the doors and trim. What a fun color the client chose!

For this project, Broads Management was called to rebuild and remodel an entire basement after a flooding situation. From start to finish, we designed, sourced and built a large family living space, office, custom laundry room, multiple closets, full bathroom, staircases and all fixtures. The project took 4 to 6 weeks and was covered by the clients insurance. The best part of working on this project was it was for my old and dear friend from college. Thanks for your support !
