Home inspections can feel overwhelming if you don’t know what to expect.

The truth is, your inspector will probably find things. Some may be maintenance items, some may need further evaluation, and some may be more important than others. That doesn’t automatically mean the house is a bad house.

A home doesn’t have to be perfect to be a good home. You just deserve to understand what you’re buying.

A sewer line can look perfectly fine from above ground… while telling a completely different story underground. 👀

We’ve been seeing sewer scopes uncover cracked pipes, breaks, root intrusion, and other damage that homeowners had no idea was there.

That’s why a sewer scope can be valuable whether you’re:

🏡 Buying a home — A sewer scope can help identify problems before closing, giving you more information about one of the home’s most expensive buried systems.

This is why we inspect new construction.

This microwave was installed by running drywall screws through the side of the cabinet… and into the microwave.

Drywall screws aren’t the correct fastener for this installation, and putting screws through the side of the microwave can damage the appliance.

It’s brand new, but it still wasn’t installed correctly.

These are exactly the kinds of things we want to catch before you move in.
