What a nice ride through town yesterday with my sister representing the Daughters of Hawaii! So many hands go into making this amazing community event happen and it is such a gift to our sweet Kona town! Mahalo to all who helped make this another great parade! The surf was ip and it was a gorgeous day! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KING KAMEHAMEHA THE GREAT!

KONA HISTORICAL SOCIETY - MUST SEE! On loan from Jimmy Greenwell and Wendy Craven, we are honored to host their mother’s spectacular work of art for keiki and keiki at heart. The Mouse House is displayed in the H.N. Greenwell Store Museum at the Kona Historical Society property, right next to Greenwell Farms on the makai side of the highway. Open Monday through Friday, 10 am - 2pm (or until 4 pm on extended days. See our page for details). Hope to see you this year!
