A few weeks late on my post but I could not have been more happy to receive the call that our offer was accepted on this one!šŸ”

We toured many houses and lost out on a few along the way. Thatā€™s tough when youā€™re ready to find your home, but we stuck with it and scheduled the tour 13 minutes after this house got listed for sale. My guy was on it!!

We ended up finding this incredibly well cared for custom-built home, and you could tell how much pride went into maintaining it. This one was well worth the wait.

JUST SOLDšŸ  X2

Two closings, one awesome set of clients turned friends. Seeing how these folks were able to work together with each other and myself so seamlessly over the past few months, was nothing short of amazing.

Thereā€™s a lot that goes into making both sides line up. Timing, negotiations, inspections, financingā€¦ itā€™s not always smooth, but we stayed on it and got it done. Massive thank you to Heidi Bish at Consumers credit for her prompt communications, transparency, and willingness to take the time to make sure we were all aligned throughout the process.

And like it usually goes in this businessā€¦ somewhere along the way it stops feeling like ā€œclientsā€ and starts feeling more like people you genuinely rock with. Thatā€™s truly the best part.

Beyond grateful for the opportunity to represent some long-time friends in the process of finding, buying, and selling.

To say the least, February was a special one.

I had the opportunity to help my clients buy their next home, sell their current one, and represent the buyer on that sale. Three sides of the deal, all connected.

Coordinating a buy and sell at the same time takes trust, communication, a solid plan and Iā€™m really grateful they trusted me to guide them through it.
