JUST SOLD🏠 X2

Two closings, one awesome set of clients turned friends. Seeing how these folks were able to work together with each other and myself so seamlessly over the past few months, was nothing short of amazing.

There’s a lot that goes into making both sides line up. Timing, negotiations, inspections, financing… it’s not always smooth, but we stayed on it and got it done. Massive thank you to Heidi Bish at Consumers credit for her prompt communications, transparency, and willingness to take the time to make sure we were all aligned throughout the process.

And like it usually goes in this business… somewhere along the way it stops feeling like “clients” and starts feeling more like people you genuinely rock with. That’s truly the best part.

Beyond grateful for the opportunity to represent some long-time friends in the process of finding, buying, and selling.

Another one officially SOLD in Portage 🏡❄️

Another special closing in the books.

This one was a journey. I had the opportunity to help another fellow car enthusiast and long time friend secure his home after a long search and many obstacles along the way. We stayed persistent, kept our faith, and refused to quit even after losing two offers on the same property. The third time around, everything finally aligned, and we got it done.

I couldn’t be more proud of the patience, resilience, and trust throughout the process. Closings like this are a reminder that the right home is worth fighting for, and persistence always pays off.
