👋 Everyone welcome Lynette Russ to the Beyond Brokerage Team!
Using real estate as her vehicle, Lynette is passionate about creating value and wealth for clients, the Beyond Brokerage team, and NorthPoint Development.

Lynette began her real estate career in 2009, during the height of the subprime mortgage crisis-a challenging yet invaluable time to learn. She started with one of Kansas City's most prominent family-owned real estate firms, now known as Copaken Brooks. A significant influence early in her career was Ryan Biery, one of the leading landlord agents in the Kansas City metro area.
She then spent two years at CBRE, where she explored working with institutional owners and investors. Lynette quickly realized her preference was in collaborating with local developers. This led her to spend seven years with Cadence Commercial Real Estate, where she honed her skills, cultivated her entrepreneurial spirit, expanded her personal real estate portfolio, and launched Blooming Consciousness, a consulting business supporting ambitious individuals striving to accelerate their personal success.
Lynette's strengths lie in her ability to intuitively strategize, think creatively, build energetically aligned teams, and take massive, inspired action. A Kansas City native, she takes her work personally. She and her husband, John, are parents to two young boys, Max and Cosmo. Lynette would say she was made to be a boy mom.
