Spring is here and this is your reminder to replace your furnace filter at least every few months to keep your HVAC system running efficiently!
Also, it's a good time to check that your smoke detectors are working properly and have fresh batteries. Nobody likes a continuously beeping smoke alarm.

With the winter weather expected this week please be prepared and have the proper resources on hand.

• Make sure smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are working properly
• Have some emergency stores of water
• Fill your vehicle filled with fuel
• Have a first aid kit on hand
• Have a shovel and salt ready for emergencies and general snow clearing if you are responsible for it at your property
